Because I worked for NextMedia in the burbs of Chicago. Even though on the air it may seem like there are well-paid full time personalities, most everyone gets paid minimum wage and has to voicetrack their show, and only gets paid for the time they're physically in the studios voicetracking the show. It's disgusting.
