I noticed a lot of problems with the channel 5 news at 5 p.m. In a live shot at Soldier Field, Peggy Kuzinski was out of focus as she reported on the field before the Bears game. Channel 5 seems to have a lot of trouble with their audio.
Several times the audio came in late with the anchor and weatherperson and we were left seeing their lips move without sound for a few seconds.
Is their entire operation controlled by computers? Technically this is really a second or third rate operation. The local news programs I saw in Wilmington, North Carolina, a third string market, were technically much better than a lot of the local Chicago TV news programs.
