Really Comcast? Really?

First the spectacular people over at Comcast cable have me switch to a digital converter two months after the normal switch-over. Ok, have to keep up with the times. I
understand. Then they drop CLTV from my expanded basic line-up. Ok, I do not need CLTV. However, the final straw comes in that by dropping CLTV I also lose Comcast Sportsnet
PLUS (CSN+) which would override CLTV when needed.

I discussed this issue with a Comcast cable rep for 45 minutes online, which was mainly them trying to get me to upgrade. I should not have to change my service for a
part-time channel. I also should have known better than to waste my time. I do not want to switch to Direct or Dish because my neighbors all say the signal drops quite a bit
with the awful weather we get out here along I-80 (Joliet area).

So my question is Really Comcast? Really? You own the station (CSN+) and the cable provider. So do me a favor tell the Mothership to beem me back my Blackhawks games.
