WLS, WCPT Set Election Coverage

CITADEL Talk WLS-A/CHICAGO's ELECTION NIGHT coverage TUESDAY will be anchored by former midday host JERRY AGAR, with contributions from the station's Political Editor BILL CAMERON, longtine CHICAGO TV news anchor WALTER JACOBSON, former Speaker of the House DENNIS HASTERT (R-IL), former Gov. JIM EDGAR, and many others. WLS news reporters MONICA DESANTIS, MAURA MYLES, and AMY JACOBSON will also contribute to the coverage, which will be accompanied by national coverage from ABC NEWS RADIO.

Across town, NEWSWEB Talk WCPT-A-F-WCPQ-WCPY (CHICAGO'S PROGRESSIVE TALK) will take AIR AMERICA RADIO's coverage for ELECTION NIGHT, but will do its own local "ELECTION RECAP 2008" wrap-up show with DICK KAY and JAKE HARTFORD 7-11a WEDNESDAY. KAY and HARTFORD will be joined by DIAL GLOBAL's ED SCHULTZ and AIR AMERICA's THOM HARTMANN.
