We all know the Emergency Alert System that they test about 7 times a day on each station. When exactly do they use it? It seems to me that today's tornado warnings should have merited some kind of use of this, instead of a little "weather in the area" mention between two traffic reports and a commercial. Anyone know what the policy is?
